baby kLecah.

on saturday night, 16.10.2010, my husband was supposed to drive the cab. (he drives cab during weekend and during his free time - it's his side income), but that night he came back early, around 11 pm. claiming that he was having migraine, but when i offered to massage his head, he didnt want it. i watched football with him (if im not mistaken). suddenly i heard baby klecah woke up in our room, so i went to check on her. it looks like she was having a hard time breathing, i think her nose was blocked. and i told hadi to buy vicks, but he said he was too tired. so i brought klecah in front, she can sleep in my arms while i watch tv with hadi. hadi touched her and said her temp was high. we asked my mother in law to touch her, and my mother in law agreed with hadi, and asked me to give her the medicine. hadi was worried and suggested to bring klecah to the nearby clinic. while waiting for our turn, hadi asked me to cook maggi for once we're home. when we went there, her temp wasnt that high, but the doctor gave the medicine for fever and cold.. when we were about to leave, i got into the car and hadi passed klecah to me, suddenly klecah vomitted. A LOT! her pajamas and my shirt,pants and hijab were covered by her vomit..hadi called the nurse (luckily we were outside of the clinic!) and the nurse took baby klecah and gave her a vomitting/fever medicine through her ass, and gave us the liquid medicine for her vomitting and instructed us not to give her the fever medicine..so i did as what i was instructed.

the next day, her tempt was up and down. in the morning i gave the medicine and milk, after a while, she vomitted again. she doesn't want to eat. she ate some rice that i was eating and toasted bread. that was all. at times she was active, at times she was down. that night my husband drove the cab, i was very tired taking care of klecah alone. and i had to finish off hadi's office work. when i wanted to put klecah to sleep, my mother in law came back and said her tempt is very high and said lets bring her to the clinic again. i hav so many things to be done and was very tired. and the way my mother in law and father in law talked as if i dont care about klecah. i didnt want to bring klecah coz the doctor already said to bring her back on monday. but after my mother in law called hadi and he asked me to bring her to the clinic, i brought her. and her temp was 38.6, a nurse gave her fever medicine through her ass again, and after about 45 minutes, our turn was up and her temp went down slightly, it was 37.6. the doctor wanted to check her throat and she was really upset. when i laid her down on the examination table, she cried so loud and when the doctor wanted to check her stomach pressure she cried even louder. after the examination, she scold the doctor. it made all of us laughed! then the doctor asked us to give her the fever medicine and antibiotic. the next day i took mc, as i wasn't feeling well as well. that day her tempreture was up and down. but it was particularly hot at night.

on tuesday, when she woke up, she was warm, wasn't that hot, my mother adviced me to check for dengue and i thought might as well we go in the morning. but my mother in law and husband don't want to. so that day we got hourly sms from my mother in law. and at 3.30 my husband called me, said kLecah's tempt was high. i was reluctant to go coz i didnt get any "tak sedap hati". but hadi annoyed me by saying i dont love her etc. so i went back early and took her to TDMC. when we reached home, she wasnt having any fever at all. her temp was normal, in fact, when we went to TDMC, the nurse said her temp was normal. but when we consulted the doctor, we said we wanted to check for dengue. so, the doctor asked us to go to the other room to draw some blood. we had to lay her down and wrap her with right hand out, as we laid her down, she screamed and cried as if we were abusing her. and when the doctor took the needle and took her blood, she was.. OMG.. screaming like hell. she cried and cried. and hadi was kesian at her and wanted to cry as well.. then, after they drew her blood, hadi took her and then she wanted me to hold her. when i hold her, she was staring furiously at the doctor and the two nurses. all of them were laughing at her behaviour. she was acting like an old lady! hahaha..

Alhamdulillah. she doesn't have dengue. only bacteria infection. caused by her crawling and picking up things and eat it.. honestly it was terrifying experience for me as kLecash has never been sick before this. i thank ALLAH for everything. HE's our saviour.
